Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• All original accessories and components must be included

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

You can return or exchange:

• Defective or damaged items upon arrival

• Incorrect products received

• Unopened and unused items within 14 days

❗ Note: Due to the hygienic nature of skincare tools, used items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
